John Salle

Team Manager – Newboys Veterans Soccer Club

I am John Salle, the Team Manager of Newboys Veterans Soccer Club. I am passionate about leadership, teamwork, discipline, and creating an environment where players can perform at their best both on and off the field.

As Team Manager, I oversee team operations, player coordination, logistics, communications, and support for the coaching staff and club leadership. My goal is to ensure that our players have the resources, organization, and support necessary to compete successfully while promoting unity, professionalism, and a winning culture within the club.

During my previous mandate, I helped guide the team to a 4th-place finish at the NVT Tournament. In my current term, we have already achieved a runner-up finish at the Midwest Tournament despite facing challenges related to injuries and squad depth. These experiences have reinforced my confidence in the talent, resilience, and potential of our team.

Vision and Objectives

My objectives during this term include:

Winning the NVT Tournament, the Midwest Tournament, or both.
Strengthening player recruitment and improving squad depth.
Enhancing team organization, planning, and logistics.
Promoting discipline, accountability, respect, and teamwork.
Supporting the development of a strong and sustainable club structure.
Building a culture of excellence that will position Newboys among the most respected veteran soccer clubs in Minnesota and beyond.

As a member of the Financial Department of Newboys Veterans Soccer Club, I am committed to ensuring transparency, accountability, and sound financial management within our organization. My role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, record keeping, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the club.

I believe that strong financial stewardship is essential to building a successful and lasting organization. Through responsible management of club resources, we can continue to support our players, organize quality events, invest in team development, and strengthen the future of Newboys Veterans Soccer Club.

My goal is to help maintain a financially stable and well-managed club that reflects the values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence. By working together and supporting our shared vision, we can ensure that Newboys continues to thrive both on and off the field.
